Ms. Suji Lee

Suji Lee completed the teaching license certification in math from the University of Minnesota, twin cities. She worked at middle and high schools in the United States and South Korea. She experienced the differences between the two countries in school organization processes, teacher culture, and educational policies. Currently, she is doing her Ph.D. program in educational administration at Seoul National University. Her research interests are in teacher leadership, professional learning communities, school culture/climate and mixed methods.
