Dr. Dorela Kaҫauni

David Rosenstein is the retired EFL chairperson from Ben-Gurion University, Israel. He has taught foreign languages for more than 40 years at several levels and in several countries, including the US, Tunisia, Taiwan, China, and Israel, and has published four books on language learning.
